Paul Dersch has been actively engaged in fostering strong client relationships and helping
clients with their financial goals. As a Premier Banker, Paul acts as the primary point of contact,
building meaningful relationships and introducing a team of experts to support clients' full
financial needs. His purpose is to help empower clients to achieve their financial goals by
assessing clients’ needs, providing personalized banking support, and premier servicing.
Paul is a graduate of the Rutgers Business School with a Master's degree in Business
Administration.
Prior to his career in banking, he was a professional musician for 20 years. Paul grew up in
South Jersey and loves the tri-state area because of its proximity to Philly, NYC, D.C., the
Pocono mountains, and the Jersey Shore. When not at work, he enjoys cooking, traveling,
visiting wineries, and performing with his band.
