Throughout his career, he has developed extensive expertise in client relationship management, business development, corporate banking, investment banking, and financial services. Khayal loves helping clients identify their financial needs and providing appropriate banking and economic solutions. His combination of international banking experience, financial knowledge, leadership skills, and commitment to helping clients makes him a highly accomplished financial professional. He is fluent in English, Russian, Turkish, and Azerbaijani.

Khayal holds a degree in finance and credit from Moscow State University and completed additional studies in accounting, IFRS, auditing, and financial analysis.

Outside of work, Khayal loves mountain hiking, yoga, biking and traveling and spending time with family and friends.
